My congratulations go to Turkey for the chairmanship of CICA and I wish Turkey will do very excellent job on the procession of the presidency of CICA process. Today, the conference assigned me a topic called risks and opportunities for Asian Cooperation. But I should make a little change and terminology risks because I want to change the termology risk seen to the challenges why? Because I strongly believe even though there are risks it deserve for Asian countries to continue our cooperation, coordination dialogue interactions and enhance our confidence building at any request so that is why I should change my topic into opportunities and challenges for Asian cooperation geo political analyses. My first argument is my understanding about the opportunities for Asian cooperation which are very important for the rise of the developing world as follows.
