Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia, better known by its abbreviated name of CICA, is a multilateral forum for enhancing cooperation towards promoting peace, security and stability in Asia through dialogue, interaction and Confidence Building Measures (CBMS) among the Member States.
