China, India and Russia (CIR), as is well known, differ a lot. However, more or less efficient pro-market and export-oriented reforms, undertaken in these large countries with considerable economies of scale and rather stable, although, of course, not identical political regimes during the period of intensive globalization, have eventually brought about substantial uplift of their economic potentials.
