It is a great pleasure to speak in front of such respectable audience, officials of the Central and East Asian and African Governments and representatives of companies.
In my speech, I am going to tell briefly you about regional trade and investment cooperation, investment opportunities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, about legal base for investment activities, investment preferences and conditions of getting them and finally the Foreign Investors Council under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
