TASAM | “Red Apple Awards” for Turkic World will be distributed for ...

Turkic World Red Apple Awards, which bring together opinion leaders, think tanks, NGO’s of Turkic diaspora over multi-dimensional issues with the leadership of Turkish Asian Center for Strategic Center, has been announced.

In 2013, It was decided in the final report of the Second World Turkic Forum that “Turkic World Special Award“ be introduced and regularly delivered in order to honor successful individuals and institutions which strengthen and contribute to vision of Turkic World.

Red Apple Awards are distributed in 9 categories. The categories are as follows: “State“, “Special Award“, “Diplomacy“, “Business“, “Science“, “Culture“, “Art“, “Technology“, “Strategy“, “Sport“, “Public Diplomacy“ The awards will be distributed during a ceremony on April 24th, 2015 Thursday between 19.00 and 21.00 in Gorrion Hotel.

Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Economy, Tourism & Sport of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) will receive the Red Apple Statesman Award dedicated to deceased President of TRNC.

During the ceremony, Nogai Turk Arslanbek Sultanbekov, known for his dombra music across the Turkic world, will have a performance.
